Delivery coverage
We ship to all 27 governorates in Egypt, straight to your doorstep.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the moment we confirm your order by email. Greater Cairo and Alexandria typically arrive faster; remote areas may take the full window. During high seasons (Eid, back to school, end-of-year), delivery may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees depend on your governorate and are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team may also contact you to confirm the address before shipping. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 3 days may be cancelled.
Payment on delivery
You pay in cash when your order arrives — no upfront payment. Please have the exact amount ready if possible, and inspect your package upon receiving it.
Tracking

Failed delivery
If the courier can't reach you, they'll attempt again or contact you to arrange a suitable time. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day. If an order returns to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed contact, we'll arrange redelivery (fees may apply).
